1. General Return & Exchange Terms

  • Customers are requested not to accept delivery if the parcel appears damaged, tampered with, or opened.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted once per order only.

  • Requests must be initiated within 14 days of order delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In original condition

    • With tags, labels, and invoice intact

  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or improper handling will not be accepted.


2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within the same product category, subject to stock availability.

  • Size exchanges are permitted for the same design and color only.

  • Exchange requests beyond the specified period will not be entertained.

  • All returned items are inspected by our quality control team before approval.

Please note:
Accessories and discounted / sale items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.


3. Refund Policy

  • Elairah Luxe does not offer cash refunds.

  • In rare and approved cases, a store credit / coupon of equal value may be issued.

  • Store credits are:

    • Valid for online use only

    • Non-transferable

    • Time-bound (validity will be mentioned)

Refunds are not applicable on:

  • Sale items

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders


4. Return & Exchange Process

To request an exchange or return:

  • Mention:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • Clear images (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, customers must courier the product to the address shared by our support team.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply to all nationwide deliveries.

  • For returns or exchanges:

    • If the error is from Elairah Luxe (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will bear the shipping cost.

    • In all other cases, return shipping will be borne by the customer.

Delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on location and courier service.


6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

We track all dispatched orders through our courier partners. In case your order is not delivered within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.
